Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- Green onions, chopped for garnish
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructions:
To make the sauce, put teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, and cornstarch in a bowl
Cut chicken breasts into pieces that are easy to eat
Place the chicken in a large skillet over medium-low heat
Cook until it turns brown and is fully cooked, about 5 to 7 minutes
After you add the pineapple chunks, cook for another two to three minutes
Pour the teriyaki sauce mixture over the pineapple and chicken, and make sure everything is covered well
Let the sauce cook for another two to three minutes until it gets thicker
Add some chopped green onions as a garnish
Put it on top of cooked rice
