These cookies don't need to be baked and are a tasty treat made with good things. You can satisfy your sweet tooth with them without using the oven.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 cups quick oats
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
Melt the coconut oil over low heat in a medium-sized saucepan
Add the cocoa powder and maple syrup and mix them in well
Take it off the heat and mash in the salt, oats, and coconut shreds
Put spoonfuls of the mix on a baking sheet that has parchment paper on it
Put it in the fridge for about 30 minutes, or until it sets
Keep in the fridge in a container that won't let air in
