Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup erythritol or your preferred keto-friendly sweetener
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 325F 163C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
In a bowl, mix together the almond flour, chopped pecans, and erythritol
In a separate bowl, whisk the melted butter, egg, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined
Combine the wet and dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms
Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the dough and roll them into balls
Place them on the prepared baking sheet and flatten slightly
Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the cookies are golden brown around the edges
Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely
Once the cookies are completely cool, they will have a praline-like texture and flavor
Enjoy these keto pecan praline cookies as a delightful low carb dessert!
