Keto Pecan Praline Cookies



Indulge in the nutty sweetness of these keto pecan praline cookies. Made with almond flour and erythritol, they are a perfect low carb treat for satisfying your dessert cravings while staying on track with your ketogenic diet.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup erythritol or your preferred keto-friendly sweetener
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 325F 163C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper

In a bowl, mix together the almond flour, chopped pecans, and erythritol

In a separate bowl, whisk the melted butter, egg, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined

Combine the wet and dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms

Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the dough and roll them into balls

Place them on the prepared baking sheet and flatten slightly

Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the cookies are golden brown around the edges

Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely
